Never recommend this pace or Agustina to ANYONE she did bare minimum when preparing my taxes and didnt try to help at all. You are better off using turbo tax. Worst place Ive ever used. Would give it zero stars if I could. Another tax preparer definitely saw that I could get more back than what she wanted to do file somewhere else dont file with H&R!!!!

I went today and met with Maria Hassenteful. It was my first time filing EVER and rather than be a little more educative or informative, she seem annoyed. I was answering her questions as best as I could since Ive never filed before. Whenever I replied I wasnt sure or if I answered wrongly, I felt belittled for not knowing or answering something different. I was confused about her questions and when I said something wrong she laughed. I maintained my patience as much as I could but it was impossible not to feel angry. I dont recommend her at all. She was awful and unprofessional. She treated me like an idiot the whole time. I am educated and possess a Degree. I am more than capable of understanding if someone takes the time to explain and educate me rather than scoff when I didnt answer correctly due to her confusing questions. I never judged her on her poor grammar skills in English. Her spelling in English while filing my tax return was awful so there was no need for her to treat me like that.
I understand most people can master their jobs, but remember, Im not an employee there, I am there for a service, your job is to facilitate, educate and inform your client on what you know. A client doesnt know what they dont know and its not their fault. Thats your job.
