I was going to be cancelled by my current insurance carrier. Alan and I reviewed all my documents and he helped me understand that I had previously lower coverages than I should have.  We got the right coverage with Alan and Farmers and feel confident to refer my family and friends to Alan.  He answered all my questions after hours and on the weekend also.  Great customer service.

Alan had knowledge of Farmer's products.  Made sure that I had proper coverages and helped me greatly when I moved to the area.  I have been able to call Alan anytime day or night and get a quick response back from him or his staff.  Will be recommending to all my friends and coworkers. Good job!  Glad to be with Farmers!

Alan was very knowledgeable about the products Farmers has. He went through everything thoroughly and explained everything so we understood all of policies and coverages. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I have called before after hours and I do get a call back. You don't get that from other agents.

This guy is a total buffoon!! Scammed me into Auto insurance on October 8,2018 and after I paid him in full on January 6,2019 cancelled my policy with no refund and now claims that I owe him ! Meanwhile asked if he could quote my home, have him the information so he billed my mortgage company and then cancelled that policy. Thank God I got the homeowners policy reimbursed! I'm in a dog fight to get my over $800.00 refund on my auto policy! Beware of this clown and his scamming capabilities and don't ever use him for your insurance needs! Farmers needs to fire him and investigate his corrupt operation!

He has handled all my insurance for many years. I have never had any issues and always great customer service. I had a claim two years ago and it was taken care of quickly by Alan and he had the adjuster lined up and it went very smooth. Would recommend to anyone in Muscatine or the Quad Cities area. Thank you Alan!
