Daniel Nilles is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to unleash on my staff! I cant believe someone working with the public could be so touchy feely with my female staffers and speak so rudely to his own staff! I will NEVER use this service again!

After a short consult, Jonathan Raleigh came and trimmed a limb broken by snow damage. He came within a couple of days and took care of the job I am most appreciative.

SavATree did a great job trimming five very large trees in our front yard. Marissa, the arborist, directed the crew, checked on them frequently and followed up with us the next day. She answered all of our questions and came up with a good plan to access the trees. The crew took care to avoid damage to the lawn and other landscaping and did a great job cleaning up the debris. I won't hesitate to use them again.

This company was contracted to remove a tree from a backyard adjacent to ours. We received a call saying there was damage to our fence during the removal. They were not authorized to enter our property (privacy fence, secured gate) or perform any work, but did so anyway. The crew manager did not provide answers to questions. A supervisor was supposed to contact us, but did not. There was more damage to our fence and landscaping than originally communicated -- and covered up. Would not recommend.
