Ive used Jen-Mor a few times and they always do a great job. There was one time that my order was a little messed up and they fixed it right away and didnt cause any major delays.

I live out of state and looked online for a local florist to deliver flowers for my Mom's birthday. My only request was that I wanted them nice, because I couldn't be there. The arrangement was gorgeous and delivered on time as promised.

I ordered the 2 dozen roses for $240. Honestly I just googled flowers for Valentines Day and this was the first shop that popped up. I was overseas at the time and needed to order something soon for my wife which was the day before Valentines Day. These roses are hands down the best Ive ever seen. The shop did a really great job putting them together. The picture attached is a few days later and the roses still look amazing.

We have used Jen-mor for years. Grandparents,parents and now my husband and I. In July my husband as always got me a flower arrangement they came to the door and some of the flowers looked dead. I was upset. The man took them back and said he would bring me a different arrangement without the dead looking flowers. Well he came back with the same dead flowers. I was so upset. I had places to go that day. So he calls the guy. He said we will fix it. They did but it took all day. So now it's almost Valentine's day. I never told my husband. He orders a arraignment for valentine's day. So they came,my husband was here when they deliver the flowers. My husband said where is the stuffed animal? I run out to get the delivery man. Oh I don't see it. Omg once again. So he has to go back and get it. So now I have lost my trust with this company. My son is planning his wedding so am now looking for a new florist. They didn't even apologize. It seems that they don't care about the customers that have spent a lot of money over the last 40 years.
