Super rude on the phone. I call to find out about delivery and you guys said you were busy and had a lot of customers to help. It's also holiday season, everyone is busy. I was a potential customer. You guys have delivered for me before. On Valentine's day. So I wasn't sure of your actual delivery zone. Won't be giving my business to you guys again. Extremely rude. Im actually appalled. On Valentine's day the last lady that helped me was so nice. Whoever answered today (12/18 at 8:45 in the morning) was rude and inconsiderate.
Oh by the way Engwall is doing my delivery for me now. Especially since you consider it out of your zone, yet they are willing to do it. They charged me a little extra for the delivery which is understandable. They went the extra mile for me. So you guys lost a customer in the end. Someone's nice actions on Valentine's day led me to believe you guys went the extra mile. Apparently not.

I ordered a Groupon deal for flowers and this was the florist that was used in my area. I ordered a plant arraignment for my husband, and I was so happy when it arrived! It has beautiful, healthy, plants, including a flowering plant, all planted in a crisp white basket. Delivery was included, a card with a message was also included. I paid $32 including the Groupon, and got every pennies worth! Going forward I will definitely use Sams in the future.
