I have stayed here several times and for the price the rooms were inline. When I started staying there the front desk staff was nice. They also told me to call them directly I did and the self identified GM stated that the price on expedia was 125 and on my screen it was 108. He stated he would argue with me all day over the price. I have a screenshot of it and now I will no stay there anymore. On top of which we will not use and Econo due to the poor customer service of this location!

I would never recommend someone to stay here. Outside side door didn't lock. Condom wrapper on the ground by the door. The room was dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of noise from other rooms.

Hannah made sure we had a good room at a good rate. Her customer service was exemplary, and my wife, her trusty hound and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend

I would definitely give 5 stars if I didn't have to deal with the front desk worker coming to my room telling me he understands kids cry but I need to try to keep my 3 year old autistic grandson quieter cause there has been some complaints of him crying like how do you tell a 3 year old kid autistic on top of that they can't cry

Been in room 239 for over an hour, felt grateful they accommodated me early, turned heat up to 90 degrees, dial, still FREEZING in this room. No excuse for trying to save money by freezing people out. Would leave now but herniated a disc yesterday, still in pain. Will bring in 3 sleeping bags for warmth tonight. DONT waste your money staying here, even desk guy said he's had hundreds of complaints. This is Minnesota in the winter, man, quit lining your pockets and provide some heat. Should've known after Econolodge experience in Rochester.
I stand by the heat issue but want to be sure & compliment all the staff before I leave tomorrow, all very nice, accommodating. Buildings good, they said up for remodeling, could use it. Clean, but stains & just overtime dirt. Real thorough breakfast. Thanks staff, was hurting when I got here.
