I love the clothes at Gliks in Eagle River and have spent a lot of money there as a now local. However, I went there recently and bought some gifts for my dad for his birthday. He needed to exchange the size and forgot the gift receipt in the bag. I also have a receipt and purchased recently from the manager. The manager, Cindy, was extremely rude and argued with my father that she couldnt exchange the item for the same item, just a different size. The tags and everything are still on it. Since I am in the system and shop every week there, she could have been more professional and understanding and looked up my purchase. I absolutely cannot believe she is the manager at this store. Coming from being a manager at Nordstrom in the cities before moving up here, I am totally dissatisfied on how she handled the situation and will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of businesses up here that need the business. Cindy is rude, has no customer service skills, and unprofessional.

Every time I come here the girls who work in your Eagle River location all have snobby attitudes. I would suggest some classes on customer service. Its like they dont know how to talk to people and when they do speak it is ALWAYS rude.
I was at your store on 9/11/2023 and it WAS a 50% off clearance promotion. I bought 2 pairs of Hey Dude shoes and was over charged on both. I told this to the cashier Cindy today 10/14/2023 about the issue and she had another associate come to the register and argue with me about the sales. I was highly upset when I left and will not return to this location with my business.
