DO NOT use this company. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER CRAFTSMANSHIP. Its shoddy work. 6 years later and my bathroom is falling apart. They didnt waterproof correctly and water has seeped behind the tiles. They are cracking and falling off the wall and there is mold which I have to remedy. I called them a year after my shower was complete to come back fix broken tiles and drywall sagging and they gave me a hard time, saying they were doing me a favor and that it wasnt their fault. When I contacted them again when the water started seeping out from behind the tiles, they blamed the plumbing ( however they did the plumbing too). The plumbing was fine, it was the shoddy tile job and water proofing of the shower. I have to retile the shower because they did a bad job and I have no recourse because they wont come fix it. I would have to take them to small claims court.

We had the Best experience with Hi-Tech Builders. We had an insurance claim with water damage which included a bathroom, dining room and garage ceiling. Carlos (who should run for Mayor) was "the Best" when it came to easing our minds, answering all of "our questions of the day" with patience and aligning all of the stellar workers up in a prompt fashion. The Company, under Carlos's Leadership, gets an A+ for the quality of their workmanship. (a shout out to their awesome electrician Luis that is so intense and focused....let the games begin) :-). Beh in the front office was very prompt with t's crossed and i's dotted when it came to piloting this smooth running ship. Thank You David (the owner) for allowing Your Crew to "represent" in the fashion they do.....#1 on Our Charts!

After experiencing water damage in our kitchen and bathroom, we were fortunate enough to come across Barbara and Hi-Tech. The craftsmanship exhibited in our remodel is nothing short of extraordinary. I want to convey my deep relief and gratitude for the successful completion of my recent homeowners insurance claim project. Carlos from Hi-Tech Builders played a pivotal role in this journey, and I owe him a debt of gratitude for keeping my hope alive. Today, I'm ecstatic to report that my kitchen has not only been restored to its pre-loss condition but has undergone a remarkable transformation into a bright, beautiful, and spacious sanctuary.
Carlos's involvement was a turning point in my experience. Despite an intentional 8-month delay by the insurance company, he steered the project with exceptional expertise, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to restoring my home to its former glory.
He swiftly addressed the shortcomings of the initial supplemental approval, ensuring that the restoration met the highest standards.
