You can sleep at night knowing alan is working on your case. I was a creditor in a bankruptcy case for a business I sold. He is accurate, precise, does his homework, and is very efficient with his time and billable hours.

I highly recommend Eugene, Oregon bankruptcy attorney Alan Seligson to anyone who might need to file bankruptcy. He is a top notch lawyer who really cares about his clients and is smart, hard-working, diligent and honest. He always puts his clients first and is very knowledgeable how the bankruptcy laws work. He has handled a lot of cases, including some very complicated Ch 13 cases. I have found him to be very professional but also friendly and easy to talk to.
