      I researched this and cannot identify the hearing she is referring to. We appear at all our hearings. In fact, given that we have staff manning the phones at all times and several paralegals that can assist clients even if the attorneys are in Court, we are able to attend hearings that we are not even notified about in advance.

Jason Weiner and Associates, P.C. has had no recent contact with Mr. Bottcher and does not know what his complaints may be.

      image Great and very attentive to details. They listen and work with you on your problems brought to them. Not pushy like some others in town. The one thing I would like to see is more communication through the processes, and money returned in a timely manner. If it wasn't for that, they would get 5 stars. I'll definitely keep using them.
