Not terribly impressed with the service!! I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. I ordered them online and credit card was immediately charged but I never did receive a receipt or confirmation. Therefore, when they hadn't been delivered by the time the store closed at 6:00 pm I assumed they wouldn't be. I also called twice this afternoon and left messages with no response. So now the element of surprise went as I let my daughter know that I had ordered flowers but guess they weren't turning up. She just called me to say they had been delivered finally at 6:35 pm. Also the delivery lady let my daughter know that the balloon flew away!!!!! Probably won't be using this company again......flowers that were delivered are very nice though so will give 3 stars for them.

I ordered for my mothers birthday and what she got delivered to her wasnt at all what I ordered for her. Although they were admittedly nicer than what I got her, there still was a specific and special meaning (that her and I would understand) behind the bouquet I purchased. And the card also wasnt in the order. Im kinda mad, especially since it was a hecking $25 delivery fee because I ordered out of state but my mother is in there delivering region?! First and last time ordering from them. 0/10 do not recommend.

I ordered my mother a bouquet of flowers online for her birthday from Florida. She loved them, and so did the people that visited her. Thank You!!

This floral went above and beyond to make sure that my best friend received her Christmas flowers! They are gorgeous! Amazing presentation & customer service. Highly recommend!

Did not deliver flowers, they said they delivered to the wrong place and told me i didnt answer the phone so it my problem
