      image Don't use this office. The tax preparer put the wrong occupation, and didn't connect my HR block account with my taxes or emerald card so I have NO way to access my tax files online, NO advance because the person never applied that for me so was lazy or lied or doesn't know how to do their job, and NO way of using me emerald card online since there's nothing connected. All I got was Sorry. But there's no resolution.
      Zero stars if I could. Never using this company again. Plus they charge 200 dollars letting others know.

      image Overall experience was terrible I tried to call the 19th Ave North office in Fargo with no answer several times, when I went to file my taxes the tax agent seemed distracted with other things that were going on in the office that day instead of being more attentive to helping me file my taxes. And now I am trying to figure out what the status of my tax return is and nobody can help me its like I didnt even file with them. Very frustrating experience will certainly not use them again.
