Poor customer service over there, paid for everything online so I can check in thru my phone and go straight to room, well they dont give you access to your mobile key until you bring a credit card to the front desk then they charge you an extra $50 in which they hold for 3-5 days for incidentals but tell you once you check out the money will go back to your card which was a lie. Wont stay at this location again . Manager was not a bit of help, still telling me the money was released but banks says its still ahold

What a nice place to stay! The hotel and staff are wonderful. Nice clean and quiet place to stay, and the front desk staff are great. They have a Bistro, with wonderful friendly staff. Highly recommended! I can't think of a single bad thing to say I'm sure you'll love it!

Horrible experience.
They tell you to call and pay so your reservation isnt canceled- you call 5 times, and NO ONE NEVER answers the phones - then youre told via email that they are to busy to answer and your reservation has now been cancelled and given to someone else.
What a joke !!!!! But I was able to luckily get a better deal at a different hotel with better customer service so I guess a win is a win, but I still wouldnt recommend this seemingly understaffed location based on the booking process alone
