understand this... ALL rooms will be ready at 4 pm to check in??? Yes the front desk replied... we are not honoring early check in requests today... (then why make an option on the app? Why not call the guest to tell them but instead wait until they arrive? ) customer service is not a Marriott culture experienced here. On the other hand... the Ft Lauderdale Marriott North across the street has that culture and it is finely represented by its associates. Save your journey and don't patronize this facility... instead spend time and money at the Marriott.

The Hotel was a great family option. The aroma and cleanliness of the Lobby area and Atrium areas was pleasing to the senses
The front desk receptionist Ms. Brianna H. was so helpful and attentive. Her demeanor was welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience we had.I rate her service a 10 out of 10.
Rooms: The room was clean and well appointed with coffee, tea, cups, glasses, and toiletries.
The only issue we encountered was that initially there was no bedding for the Sofa Sleeper so we had to request it. In addition, the bathroom door did not lock as the locking mechanism was placed too far from the door, and the shower wand did not function at all.
Food & drinks: Ms. Christina who works in the restaurant, assisted my family and I with Breakfast during our stay. After serving us drinks and explaining how the Buffet Breakfast was set up, she constantly checked to see if we needed any additional items and refilled our beverages. She was so attentive, that on the second day, she ask if I wanted an omelette and remembered what ingredients I initially added the first day. I rate her service a 10 out of 10.
Noteworthy details: The 7th floor Morning housekeeping staff were also very attentive to my family needs.

The location isn't the greatest. When you go inside, the lobby/reception/eating area looks better than the rooms do. Our room was spacious. We got the hotel, checked-in, got to our room and we realized that they gave us the wrong room. We paid for a king bed suite and we got two queen bed suite. We went back down stairs to let them know and we were told that there were no more available kind bed suites and to notify staff when we checked out. We let the staff know and the receptionist said he couldn't do anything about it but that he would send a message to corporate. We also let them know there was a bug in the bathroom. They could have easily told us when we checked-in that there weren't anymore king bed rooms available but they let us check-in and let us walk into a room that we didn't pay for and we still haven't been contacted by the hotel.
Rooms: Spacious with bugs, it's older/outdated looking and weren't able to accommodate us for the room that we purchased.
Food & drinks: We had breakfast before we left. Our omelets were cooked fresh and the buffet line had good options.
