I can vouch for Trilogy Texas. I work for a local municipality and we had used them before using their temporary trailers, every time the hvac units were having problems in their trailers they were always rude when requesting help. Asking a ton of questions before coming out to fix it like if we caused the problem. They're your damn units! Just come out and fix it.

Horrible and abrasive customer service. Rented from Acton (which was a great, friendly company) and WillScot bought them out. Anytime we have an issue now they try to tell you how it is going to be your fault before they even look at the issue. They send out rude emails highlighted and underlined about how likely things will be your fault and they will charge you for it. I do not recommend this company.
