The home buying process can be very frustrating and so overwhelming, but the inhouse financing and dedication to answering all my questions and concerns went so smooth. The process was longer than I thought, however Darien warned me ahead of time on what to expect. Overall, I have the home I love and feel like all my needs continue to be met. I would highly recommend anyone looking for the right home to reach out and ask for Darien. Thank you Clayton for making my experience the best one.

The homes are not that well made for the price and they are old models you can get a better made home somewhere else for about the same price. We sadly didnt do the research before, but the staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable they are amazing and very helpful even when we moved in they kept in touch for a few months.but out home 2 years in and its falling apart

The office and homes were gorgeous, they were really informative and helpful, helped me find land, and even got us a welcome home gift at the end. I was very impressed and Jeremy the manager stayed involved through the whole process and personally handed us keys the day we moved in. Most places we visited we never even met the manager, it made us feel important

Had a great experience and found a great house at a fair price. Jeremy and Jorge were tremendously helpful even after we moved in.
