Roaches in the room! Mold on shower curtain and everyone I come here literally the next day my card wont work so I have to go up to the office every day and have them renew it even though I paid for multiple nights!

The woman working the front desk is the most rude human being I've ever met. From the very first encounter I had with her, which was to alert the staff that the AC/heater in our room was not working (as in, it had no power whatsoever, like it wouldn't turn on at all), she was immediately nasty with me. She cut me off while I was speaking to say she'd send someone over to look at it and that I needed to go back to my room. A man who I assume was the maintenance guy came by and was very courteous, informing us that he reset the breaker and it worked fine afterwards. The following day (mind you, we stayed there all weekend!) it happened again, and when I walked to the front desk to inform the staff again, she legitimately rolled her eyes at me as soon as I walked in the door. like I couldn't even get the words out before she made sure that I knew she could care less. I could go on, because there were multiple incidents in which I had to speak to her, but I'm tired of writing about it. Her negativity was disrespectful and unnecessary, as I'm a polite person and gave her no reason to treat me the way she did. She acted like my mere presence was an inconvenience, and she makes the term 'hospitality' sound like a joke. I don't understand why someone like that would ever work in this industry, because she was clearly annoyed with me and bothered by every attempt I made to communicate. I am in total shock at the level of disrespect she showed us day after day, and how she very clearly showed no fear of being held accountable by her superiors - which leads me to believe she probably owns this place, and what a shame, as this could be run so much better if someone who actually gave a crap about their guests were running it instead.
Rooms: Basic, except they all come with a fridge and a microwave which is cool.
Walkability: Walking distance to a bunch of places to eat, and places to shop.
Noteworthy details: The lady at the front desk is disturbingly miserable and displayed more disrespect to her guests than i have ever seen in my entire life.
