Excellent customer service from start to finish. They called before to confirm rental - all exactly as expected. Will definitely use again. Great rates even without deals are still a deal! No surprises! Only positive to say.

I needed a rental for an out of town trip and reserved with the Forney location. Unfortunately Forney didn't have any available although I booked a week prior. Thankfully Marwin(sp) had one available and the pick up and drop off process went smoothly.

Went by this morning to pick up my reserved car while mine is in the shop. The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly. I wish I remembered her name! I chose a midsized SUV but did not feel safe in the one assigned to me. The locations manager (I believe) was super helpful and listened while I essentially changed what I needed on the spot. Got me in something I feel safe in. Definitely going back in the event I need another rental!

This is by far, the "BEST", Rental Car Company and Store, in Dallas. Molly and the crew are great; Helpful, professional, friendly, efficient and wonderful. I highly recommend to all.
