We were here for 10 hrs just to sleep, checked in at 10 pm with an extremely rude and unfriendly receptionist.
Double Beds were a notch better than an air mattress, out of there at 8 am. Breakfast was good as it was fully stocked and open at 6:30am.
Parking garage is a road test for large cars. Hopefully never have to return to this hotel. Kids said it was more comfortable in the car

We had a great experience at this hotel. We booked 2 nights because we were not sure what we were going to walk into but ended up booking a total of 5 nights because the hotel was very clean. The staff, Tony, Ryan and the overnight staff (M-T trying to remember his name) were very professional, very kind and always ready to assist. I had water in my room and Tony immediately changed my room.
The breakfast team was very organized and served fresh breakfast every morning. My family and I are very particular about clean hotels. So this was perfect for us. We didn't have the time to eat
This hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Universal studio, very close to Hollywood Blvd, Santa Monica etc....you name it. We got a mountain view and it was so beautiful to look at every morning and evening.
The one concern I have are the windows, they need some cleaning. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Embassy Suites was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and was impressed by the range of amenities available to guests. The happy hour bar and the delicious breakfast served daily were standout features. The hotel offers a variety of amenities such as a lap swimming pool, a children's pool, a 24-hour gym, a laundry room for longer stays, and banquet halls for special events like weddings or company functions.
The rooms at this hotel are all suites, ideal for a family of four, each equipped with a king-size bed and a separate living room with a fold-out bed. It's the perfect choice for families with kids as everyone is sure to have a wonderful time during their stay at this hotel.
Check-in at the hotel is a breeze regardless of the time you arrive. The lobby's front desk is conveniently located to the right as soon as you walk in, and the hotel offers three levels of underground parking for guests.
Every room in the hotel is a suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room area with a fold-out couch. Guests can choose from queen to king-size beds for their comfort, and each room is equipped with a TV and a desk for those who need to catch up on work.
The hotel boasts a range of activities for guests to enjoy, including a spacious outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi offering a view of the street. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped with plenty of treadmills and a dumbbell area for guests to stay active.
