I Go to different 7-11 places.... But this so far is one of the worst places.... The places was smelled soooo Bad...
Well, that is OK you can clean it.... But the worse was with the Employer the Cashier Named SHAKI... He was a Male maybe in his early Forties, having a hair mixed with black and Grey... SHAKI had such a a Bad attitude and disrespect towards the customer... And Imagine at 8:30 in the Morning, and he had this bad Attitude, then what would happen until the end of his shift...
I was behind one the Customers when SHAKI gave him back the money change as if he tried to throw the money at the Customer... The customer however left ...
Then was my turn when I asked him a Question, and he answered in very Ill-mannered and A very Acute tone.... Thank God SHAKI didn't have a Weapon, otherwise he would shoot me....
Now 7-11, I know that we all love money.... And only Money.... But at least teach SHAKI and other Employees like him to learn what we call it.... A Good Customer service... The training is Free ...
Good job SHAKI with your Rude face and Low level of Respect..

Feb 28/2024 4pm cashier was harassing a customer over the use of hot water. I witnessed the altercation and the cashier was profiling the gentleman. Horrible experience, I am not coming back.
Hoping the manager can address customers concerns so they wont loose business over a highly uneducated Indian cashier.

This 7-Eleven location at Broadway Glendale is ok. Not the best. The employees seem to be silent & not friendly. The service is ok too. I enjoy purchasing Slurpee & Big Bite hot dog definitely lotto scratcher tickets. I visited again whatever I want to. Although I visited at Brand Blvd largest street in Glendale. Thats all.
