I have lived here since 2014. I have great neighbor's. Most residents take pride in their homes and yards. The management changes constantly. The new management is doing her best to make things better in this community. I am lucky to have Keri as manager. She cares deeply for this community and the people here. Her husband has been seen helping with maintenance too. We have had improments and more are in the works for this year. I am on a fixed income and can't work so the lot rent increase worries me.

I have lived there for 17yrs and The new management screws people over and to get people evicted instead of hand delivery they publish it in the Cascade paper and then when u don't show up for court they get everything they wanted
