Every time they suppose to close at midnight i get there by 1120 and they are closed. Home office needs to remedy this before wendys gets my business.

Worst customer service. Skip this exit go to either of the next exits for better service and food quality.

Went through the drive through this morning just before 8:00Am and the employee that took my order was professional and "asked how can she start my morning" and she was pleasant and very nice but the girl at the 2nd window was rude and had zero customer service skills. She opened the glass window and handed me the bag of food with a disgusted / annoyed / rude look on her face without any greeting or speaking at all. She didn't speak again the 2nd time she opened the window when she handed the coffee to me. I took my coffee and said "thank you" in a voice that got her attention but the look on her face went from annoyed to shocked. I think she was completely clueless to the fact that she was being rude. The worst part way that my hash brown was hardly warm and my coffee was burnt. A good employee taking orders and rude employee to finish the transaction made it an overall bad experience The 2nd employee was a younger colored lady with a long braided multicolored pony tail. If this was my employee she'd have no contact with the public whatsoever. I will not go back to that location again.
