Avoid this place. I originally went in person and met Louis. great guy on the surface, but Louis and his team failed to file my taxes in time, claimed they filed an extension (but never actually did it), and when I was hit with $6300 in late fee penalties by the IRS, they scrambled to fix everything.
They eventually filed my taxes several 6 months late but did manage to get my penalties abated. My emails went unanswered, I never got my calls returned, and I had to fight tooth and nail to get the job they claimed they could do. It was like pulling teeth. It's not worth the headache of doing business with Miami Tax Expert in my opinion.
They never even sent me my completed 2021 tax filings once everything was said and done, making 2022's tax filings harder than they need to be. Still waiting on them to send them over.
