I Been Hear At The Grove For Four Years and Only A Year I Been Satisfied With These Apartments Homes.They Water Smells Like The Sewer All The Time.(TERRIBLE) You Pay For Water Utilities, Sewer Utilities,Water Drainage Utilities,Gas Utilities Every Month And Still We Never Have Hot Water.Last Week We Stayed Without Hot Water For A Week And A Half And That Was In October.Now Here It Is November And Once Again No Hot Water.Water Pressure Low Always I Just Do Not See Why All These Things Are Still Happening When I Pay My Utilities Bills When They Are Due.Who Wants To Get Up For Work And Jump In A Cold Shower,Then Smelling Like Sewer Never Judge A Book By Its Cover,Everything That Looks Good Is Not Always Good. I recently moved into the Grove I’ve here about a week now so I’m still discovering and filling out the place. However the apartment is very spacious and I have a nice section on the grounds that I like. What I truly admired was the great efforts and diligent work by the staff in the leasing office. On my first visit Stefanie gave me a tour she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. “I thought hey they all play nice in the beginning lol” however on my second visit there was a heavy rain storm and many places I seen that day were not doing tours. But when I got to the Grove Isabel even through the rain storm showed my a unit. I was great full for her and her boldness to sacrifice getting soaked to help me out in my journeys meant a lot. But what really drove it home for me was the thoroughness of Suzanne . She was excellent she helped guide me through the application process was very clear on what I needed and patient with me through it all. I didn’t feel rushed or forced to sign anything like many other places do. ….. p.s I really don’t do reviews but so far they’re cool. Let’s see how this lease year goes
