It was my first time getting insurance in California, and wow, this experience blew every other experience out of the water. I called numerous insurance companies and they all had problems, and the people were not very nice. But as soon as I called this State Farm location, everything changed. I was Aunt met with the most kind and accommodating person that I could ever hope to talk on the phone with. Her name is Michelle Ruiz. The process for getting the insurance was easier than I couldve ever hoped, and she did an amazing job, communicating everything to me, and helping me every step of the way

I was involve in a very tricky situation ,with a car that used to be mine, and a loss of a few hundreds, as soon as I brought it up , they started working finding the best solution. Miss Barbara was exceptional I am happy to have them as my insurance provider
