I went to him for help. My mother wanted to update her trust. I informed Mr. Armstrong that my sister refused to give her a copy of her trust, and asked if it would be a problem. He said no, not to worry about it. I paid him $1500. He wrote up a new trust and will. We also requested he send a letter to my sister requesting she turn over my mother's financial and other records. She did not reply. When I called Mr. Armstrong's office. He did not return my calls. I to his office to see him several times. His door was closed and no one answered. I thought I could depend and trust him because he is recommended on the Orange County Alhemizers Organization Attorney Referral list of Elder Law. He has the American Flag as a backdrop on is website, which I associate with honor and ethics, faith and hope. Well, don't be fooled by this. He is not a lawyer you would want to do business with.

I have used him few times until last time.  I had a dispute with my neighbor, they took me to court for all kinds of fake allegations.  The couple said I harassed them saying I would burned down their house and killed their children, dog and a pony.  In fact he was doing something wrong.  The attorney took my case, I have mentioned what I needed from him.  But on the court day, he even marked that I would not harm his animal.  He rushed me to sign the court paper, and said he would deal with them later.  I should have not signed it.  We had a restraining order from the Judge not to talk to each other.  Case closed. I could have went to the court without him.  Because this is a waste of money.  He shouldn't take my case and not doing what he promised.
