The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They were able to handle my lock issue, get a key made, and get me on my way quickly and for a fair price. The shop is full of safes, locks, and keys, so definitely not a "show room", which is a huge plus. They are not trying to sell locks, they are focused on serving their customers and having product in stock to meet their needs.
If you need work done, call them first. They will treat you with respect and care, and focus on your needs first.
100% would recommend using them for your locksmiths needs.

Golden lock sold me a 3 point locking system for my French doors . believe it or not very hard to find locking system for older custom door . Had some trouble with order they sent return labels and paid alll sipping the 2nd one was perfect. Thank you golden lock!!!! 5 stars earned.
