An update on Melissa Davis' post (I am her husband). We found a reputable Auto Glass company, Walker Auto Glass, to fix your mistake! They replaced the windshield and found that your techs broke the cowl trim and they never even mentioned it. Probablly because they aren't qualified and you guys don't want to pay for it. This explains the terrible amount of water leaking into the floor board! Good job!

A gentleman approached my while getting some gas asking if I wanted to replace my cracked windshield he had noticed. Very nice guy got me all signed up. Another nice gentleman contacted me the next day and proceeded to replace my jeeps windshield while I was at work. It didn't take long at all. Very nice people doing quality work. Good job guys!!

No stars. NONE. I was forced to give you the one star just so I could leave this review. After 3 windshield replacements from them (the last 2 because the first one was wrong) and the waterfall that pours into my BMW after 30 seconds of hard rain....YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND YOU SHOULD QUIT. Autoline of Jacksonville should quickly find a different company to handle their windshield replacements because this has been going on since November 2018. As of yesterday, you've completely ruined my car. And until today we had no idea the name of your company. Now we know. Now everyone will know to stay far far away from you. We have reported to BBB and look forward to the full resolution of this problem. Your techs don't even have the common sense to take their apoxy covered gloves off before opening a door at a place of business. I had patients asking what the black sticky was all over their hands yesterday afternoon when they walked into our office. At this point I feel the botch from yesterday must have been on purpose for the guy knowing this was the 3rd replacement. UNBELIEVABLE! We will not stop until this is made right! Ken Amaro is next to hear about this issue. Believe it!
