All I want is a simple payroll solution....ADP is not the company to go with, they make things very difficult from day 1.....After saving my company thru the pandemic I am now hiring employee's, things are looking a little better
Then call ADP for a simple payroll solution and they complicate the whole procedure....How much info do I have to submit??? Its never enough....Dont play with my time PLEASE.....Maybe you guys want a blood sample or urinalysis I don't know.....What I do know is ADP Payroll is not a user-friendly company.

The company is a total sham. After being hounded by them to use their service, I signed an agreement for them to handle a very small (one person payroll for me. IN 2 YEARS, after multiple (over a dozen) requests for a rep to speak to me about my payroll deductions, I finally found out that the $170 monthly payroll deductions was their fee...and nothing was ever deducted for my payroll. WHAT A SCAM. They billed me for 2 years and did nothing. I am filing a formal complaint with the FL Attorney General office.. Does anyone want to join me in this formal complaint??
