We had A Plus Installer install indoor 5 shutters in 3 rooms of our home over a period of 2 contracts. We were so pleased with the first room that we had them come back and install indoor shutters in 2 more rooms. The team of installers was so professional, quick and considerate with each install.
We had a question with one of the shutters, called the office, and our concerns were met in less than 24 hrs. with a gentleman coming to the house and addressing the issue.
Everyone at this company is pleasant, professional and most concerned about satisfying the customer. My husband and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to our friends and family. They truly live up to their company name...A+ Install.

Very nasty customer service reps. Avoid at all costs. They were supposed to do my install for a product I bought from Lowes. Will not be using them and am working with lowes to get another installation team and also talking to lowes management to ensure they do not use this installation company anymore.

Purchased shades from Lowe's but the installer is incompetent and valances were not installed properly. For my bedroom, a second visit had to be made. The valance in my living room came down missing my head and has not been put up since as it is out of warranty. If I was hit, there would have been a lawsuit. Called and no service to my location in the city. Installer is dumb as a bag of rocks and this place is a joke. Hope they go out of business. Lowe's closed four years ago, not six. Get your facts right! Victor was the installer and had to come out a second time when the valance in bedroom fell first time.
