After hiring JLD TAX RESOLUTION GROUP to provide services for my family, I had an unexpected and extremely unsatisfactory experience. Despite multiple attempts of communication through various outlets such as email and an attorney, no resolution was achieved - leaving me frustrated after 18 months of waiting with unmet needs. Unfortunately, there appears to be only one other option: legal action against the business in order to receive compensation that is rightfully owed. It's unfortunate when trusting businesses fail us like this!Overall, my experience with Jonathan Donenfeld was very disappointing. I would not recommend this CPA to anyone, as they did not perform the services I requested after being paid and were unresponsive to my attempts to reach them. If you are looking for reliable and responsive accounting services, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
