Friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle driver was great! She was very informative and helpful in making suggestions. Will definitely stay at this location again and again!
Rooms: The views did not disappoint! From the 9th floor.
Food & drinks: This would be my only compliment about this location. We had the breakfast buffet. The food was cool at most. And for the price, even warm would have been more acceptable.

Overall this was a great experience. To start there is a parking deck that hotel guests can use here. It is in the building adjacent to the hotel. It was about 27 dollars a night and guest can park from the 3rd to 5th floors. There was plenty of parking here on the weekends as well.
The front desk was kind and courteous. They explained everything well including all the food options and timings of everything!
The rooms were incredibly spacious! It was amazing to have a junior suite with a separate couch and TV. It allowed us space to breathe! The rooms smelled clean and looked well maintained. The floors are carpeted and the air-conditioning worked well! Nothing beat the high pressure showers though! It was refreshing!
The beds were comfy.
The staff kept the room cleaned well on the daily. They were trustworthy and efficient!
Overall the location was amazing. Really close to Newport station which can take you straight into Manhattan. It was close to the Hudson River and some rooms have amazing views of the NYC skyline.
Rooms: Spacious. Have all the amenities including ironing equipment, microwave, safe, fridge, hairdryer, 2 tvs, clocks etc
