      image My husband visited the store to discuss upgrading his phone. The associate insisted that we would have to change plans in order to upgrade the phone (We've been Sprint customer for a decade prior to the sale.) This didn't seem accurate, so we called the 611 number where we were told that these guys work on commission and lied to us. We do not have to change plans and are still able to upgrade. I'd recommend doing business with T-Mobile through the 611-customer service line rather than going into this store where they will take advantage of you. Poor business practice.

      image I went in to get a new phone number and plan and Emily took excellent care of me. She walked me through my options and was very thorough during the entire transaction. She was also training a new associate, Rome, and he was very helpful too. It was a great experience and was super thankful for all their help.
