There are days where the service here is horrible. But that's to be expected as we are all human. Overall now, the staff is great and the food is pretty good too. Thanks for cleaning this Sonic up. It's nice to see how much better this one has gotten.

I took my son to get breakfast and when I got the food it wasnt what I order at all. Before the rude employee walked away I tried to get her attention but she ignored me.
I pressed the intercom to asked if I could trade it out and she said no. I asked why she didnt say anything when I tried to get her attention before she left. Her response was its cold out there, mind you the girl only had a long sleeve shirt on and no coat even though it was so cold out.
I pressed the intercom again and asked for my money back. She rudely came out the door and gave me my refund. Ive already contacted the complaint line and took my money to McDonalds. Haven't been to that location or any other Sonic since. I always have bad experiences there.
