Had a great experience at first that turned into a nightmare! I was definitely not informed correctly! They told me everything I wanted to hear and when it came down to my monthly bill I was paying nearly 200 dollars for 2 lines and a tablet line!

Being from Arizona and switching to T-mobile was an awesome experience but when we asked our kids to go to the T-mobile on Walton, the customer service that they received was not even deserving of one star. When the rep from the store up here was speaking to my daughter on speaker phone so she could explain what she had to do since we were doing a split band, we could here one of the reps at that store telling the other rep that they were not going to help them. The comments they made were unnecessary and unprofessional. Whether another store got the sale or because it was close to closing time, that still does not give any rep the right to be rude. This incident took place with your night crew on Monday October 28th. Lessons on customer service should be a priority with them. They definitely needed it that night.

Staff were very rude and very difficult to meet the needs of my kids trying to just trade in their phones from Sprint to T Mobile! There shouldn’t have been any one giving my kids any hard time or hassle especially since my wife and I took care of everything from out of town!
I am and I would not recommend anyone to this store after being treated very poorly!
