They asked us to upload our documents to their portal. After uploading our last 3 years of tax returns, we did not hear back from them. I called after a week and they said they couldn't take on more clients. Why ask for us to upload taxes if you cant take more clients? Waste of time and effort.

While the people here were kind to work with, the person working on our tax return had some knowledge gaps. Specifically around SEP IRA contribution limits, differences between the SE health insurance deduction and the premium tax credit, FINCEN, and more. And then little things like misspelling one of our names, figures being entered slightly incorrectly compared to uploaded documents, etc. While we did learn some new things that reduced our tax liability somewhat, overall we didn't think this was a good value and next year we'll do it on our own.
