We just got our keys! The location is awesome. Views to LA and over the beach. Amenities are amazing, beach level pool with access to the beach as well. Immanuel did a great job of introducing us to the property an answering all of our questions. Can't wait to move in.

Best apartment homes in Long Beach! Location is great and living infront of the bach is amazing! View is unbeatable and the amenities! Staff is wonderful and the whole team!

Enjoy living at 1900 Ocean Beach Club. The amenities are top notch, and access to the beach, walking paths and parks provides a positive community feel. Above all, I have to emphasize the outstanding service provided by the staff and maintenance crew that make this place truly excellent. In particular let me give a shout out to Jack and Cynthia who have never failed to provide top service.

There is no other place you should live in Long Beach, period. Cynthia, Paige, Jack, Richie, and the rest of the all-star crew have continually provided me with a 'Disney-esque' experience while living here. This residence is not only welcoming and rather diverse but also a safer place to live, thanks to the attentiveness of security (shoutout to Josh and Steven). The maintenance staff is always fast and friendly. While other places might seem tempting based on Google reviews, my initial tour and time here have convinced me that there is no better option especially considering the amenities than 1900 Ocean.

First day here they gave me the wrong apartment.
They have absolutely no communication here and employees are lost. I had 2 meetings so I told them to book the conference room for me and the day of my meetings someone else was using it And all they said was oh sorry someone double booked it.
Adding4 months later theyre trying to tow my vehicle because they gave me the wrong parking spot and just realized 4 months later! Leasing agents are idiots!
