Jalen gave me a tour of South Park and it's such a great community! The staff is super friendly and it's definitely a great deal for DTLA. I'd highly recommend!

Hands-down THEE BEST AMENITIES, FLOORPLANS, INTERIOR FINISHES I HAVE EVER SEEN!! I toured studio, 1br, & and 2br. Floorplans, so I was able to see a nice variety. I have also toured Packard, Skye, Pegasus, STOA, 1400 FIG, La Plaza, and Canvas LA, and out of all properties South Park by Windsor really captured that "home feeling" I have been searching for. I do NOT live here, so my review is based solely on the tour. The entrance is secure and so are the elevators, which require a fob key to access. I did a self-guided tour and also guided tour with Jalen, who was very helpful with answering any questions I had.

I've been living here at Southpark by Windsor for over 6 months, and it has been nothing short of amazing thanks to Jalen in the Leasing Office. From the weekend I moved in he was so helpful and answered all my questions, and he is the most responsive when it comes to resident emails and follow up. Jalen is always happy to be here, and happy to help with delivery couriers, packages, amenity rentals, work orders and courtesy reminders for the community. Thanks to Jalen for always going above and beyond to provide the best customer service. Not to mention the property is always clean and well kept. I love the Southpark Team!!!

I had a tour once with Jalen in December, who is so amazing and nice. Fast forward now, Wanted to see other units but they didnt have any available at the time. I was then able to schedule to tour again, but they canceled it the day I was supposed to go in and tour. I was contacted by someone named Grace, whoever that is, is terrible with communication. I had a reschedule tour and I missed it and when I emailed her to see when I can come in she stopped responding to my constant emails. Im over it and will look elsewhere.
