Delicious food and the service is absolutely amazing! We had the sweetest waitress, I could drive from Chicago every week to dine here because of the warm and delightful service.

This place will probably be the next O'Charley's in Louisville to close. I ordered ahead and got there 10 minutes after the app said my order would be ready. I texted "here" when I got to the takeout parking spaces. The app said "Great! we'll bring your order right out. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside thinking I had misunderstood the process. There were two tables with dine-in customers, two servers and three people (customers and door dash) waiting for take out. I walked back and looked through the window to the kitchen. There were 6 or 7 people in the kitchen, mostly watching a couple of people work. One person brought bagged orders out to the front and called names of people waiting. I wish I hadn't already put a tip on my order before I finally got it!
