By far the worst and slowest restaurant in Louisville and I've been in some bad places. The attitude of the workers are terrible and there is no use ordering online so it will be ready when u go to pick it up, u might as well order at the restaurant because u will wait a long time no matter what u do. This place used to be awesome, but now, I honestly don't know how they are still in business

My son recommended that we gather together here at OCharleys after we landed coming from Colorado because he said the food is great. Coming from the West, I havent heard of this restaurant before, but after dinner, my wife and I was quite pleased with our meal. The staff was highly courteous and professional and provided the COVID guidelines, I was very pleased with how this facility operated considering the circumstances. Additionally, this restaurant was well maintained and presented cleanliness at all times. I highly recommend others to visit and enjoy a well prepared meal.

Thank you so much Angi for the great customer service. The food was perfect and so welcoming. I love that I can ask for a medium rare steak and it comes out exactly as I asked. The prices are great and it is huge inside. Plenty of space for family get together
