I was involved in a car accident where I was rear ended recently. The driver who hit me is insured by Hanover. We have been working with Shelia McCoy as our lead for this claim and she has been absolutely horrific. Today she explained that Hanover will not pay for the repairs at my Collision Center of choice because the auto body shop I chose will not use after market parts which Hanover states is all they are required to do. Meanwhile my repair shop states that they wouldnt be able to insure their work because often times these after market parts are not the same quality and do not fit well. I am absolutely disgusted with this experience and will be taking Hanover to court. Its been close to a month since the incident and my vehicle is still damaged.

WARNING DO NOT USE HANOVER!!! This company is TREBLE. They will make you wish you never switched over as soon as you deal with one of there unprofessional employees

Worst Company on the Planet!!! They charge high premiums and avoid covering claims. If you have Hanover Insurance I would have my agent switch to a legitimate carrier immediately.
