I only lived at SonRise for a year but was and it is a nice place to be. Clean, quiet, and friendly community. Great manager Amy Towner, always ready to support her tenants in all aspects from maintenance(On Time!) to moving in and moving out ! Great Place !

I changed my rating because it is not under the same management. Neighbors are respectful. A great small community. Enough said.

We have been living at Sonrise for two years and we love it. We love the community here. our neighbors are really friendly and its a safe place specially if you have kids. Also the maintenance and the buildings are always kept clean. And most important management is really friendly and kind. We would highly recommend Sonrise to our friends and family if they are looking for a place to rent. And if you dont believe me you just have to see for yourself!!!
