      image Horrible customer service every time we come here. They tell us to sit and wait, then you end up waiting for an hour or more. Their workers are extremely slow and lazy- they just stand around and can't be bothered to help or answer questions or anything.

      image Lies! Do NOT shop with Tmobile! This location sold us some phones and since we have switched services we have received a bill 2 months later for over $600. We were told that we were not in a contract but we are charged because we were supposed to stay with them for 24 months. Make it make sense!

      image It's too much the type. The worst customer service experience I have ever had from the Union store to Poplar. After this year, I am letting T-mobile go. I'm searching for a new provider now.
