Good service and a clean facility, the idea of handicap access was not understood by the architect. Handicap access to businesses is supposed to be convenient, to not exclude those who have physical limitations. I had to climb a flight of stairs, I didn't even see an alternative access. If I wasn't expecting a complete hip replacement soon, repairing damage from an auto accident was not successful, I may not have realized how hard it is to go around the long way.

Carlos is the Best! Knowledgeable about the products with outstanding customer service. I upgraded my phone & purchased a tablet. He explained everything and transfered my data to my new device . He showed ne how but when I explained it didn't work for me last time. He offered to do it for me. He was so helpful. All the Reps at this location were Profesional and eager to help. A welcome change from some other locations. Carlos goes above & beyond and explains everything so well. I was very impressed by his product knowledge. He is definitely a asset for T-mobile.
