If you have 2 employees who both use adp, one of you account will end up getting screwed up and you will be unable to access you information correctly because the system cannot handle 2 accounts with the same information with an employee. Your hr department for both companies is the only Avenue adp gives employees to try to sort this out, since the automated password reset/username retrieval cant handle any employee working for more then one company. Just lazy programming. If you dont want to end up having to manually pay your employees, cause one of my accounts that gives me an email address and phone number for someone else, and probably has their banking information entered in the pay slot, look into another company. This one cant handle their own back end and will leave on you to try to keep sorting out the issues they dont want to fix.
