Its been almost a year since I've left Imt Riverview. I lived here for 3 wonderful years and I think about it all the time. It really felt like home and it still does. It saddens me every time I drive by and I'm still grieving have left this beautiful, peaceful community. Kim was so great to me and my hotdog TJ throughout the years I was there. She was always so attentive to everything I needed and TJ (of course for his treats). SHE'S THE BEST! Thomas was also very friendly and helpful. This community has always been well kept and maintenance was always fast and thorough. Hope I can come back one day when the prices are right again.

Arturo came almost immediately after contacting him about my fridge not working. He was able to examine the issue and came back to fix it first thing in the morning. I was taken aback by how prompt he was and he was also delightful despite being called at around 7pm. Super nice guy, and Im very grateful for the help of him and his team! Thank you!!

I lived here for three years, the longest I've ever lived in a single complex. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone looking to live in the area. The care of the staff is so far beyond anywhere else I have lived.
I started out in a one bedroom with a corner balcony and I loved it. My balcony looked out to where I could see the houses across the street. I liked living in a neighborhood. I always thought it would be cool to have a ballpark view too. The apartment was really spacious and also had a storage closet outside the front door of the unit.
After two years and only a month after signing a new lease on my one bedroom, I got a roommate and transferred to a two bedroom unit. The transfer process was super simple, and again, it was just shockingly good service. The fee was also reasonable and it's even lower if you're over halfway through your lease.
My two bedroom was a ground floor unit and I didn't love it as much but that's honestly my fault for not taking more care when selecting our unit. I just don't like being on the ground floor, and the unit only got light from one side. But it was still spacious and everything in it was still very nice and either new(some of our appliances had plastic still on them) or well taken care of.
The amenities all did what I needed. The pool gets busy during the hottest times of year but it certainly isn't overrun with kids all day long. The grills ALWAYS work and everyone is courteous about sharing them. The business center printer is a life saver for people like me that rarely need to print anything.
Maintenance was great, whether I was there or not they always got the problem fixed as quickly as possible. In my ground floor unit I had a wasp nest show up on the patio(probably attracted by the tomatoes I was growing). I submitted maintenance requests about it twice but the wasps were still there. I submitted a third request and Steve(I think?) the property manager showed up less than an hour later and told me they had been by twice before but he sprayed the nest for me again while I watched haha. Wasps are persistent. But so was the maintenance team.
I'm leaving this review 4 months after moving out. Which, by the way, I got some of my security deposit back after leaving a whole couch in the apartment. Anyway I have no reason to write all of these nice things about them except that I really did love living there. Jen and Thomas in the office are fantastic. If you are looking in the area for a nice, calm place to live this is the place.
