The order was balloons of the same color, orders arrive to us with the client's specification.We are sorry that this does not match your tastes, but we only responded to what they asked us, on the other hand "the rock", we explained, is just an accessory that is used to keep the balloons together in one place or else they would fly away, It is not the gift itself, what I see in the photo is that you removed the plastic in which it came wrapped and you had the expectation that there would be something else, but the way your friend used to be present on that day was a balloon bouquet with balloons of the same color and the weight is what is used to hold them.I think you are unfairly punishing us with your low rating because we always put love into our work and we want to please our clients.
