This is the worst rental company ive ever dealt with. They filed an eviction against me so quick while i already advised them
I was approved for rental assistance. Now i have to fight this case off. Do NOT rent ,buy or do business with these people!

Any 4 or 5 star reviews, and the person has never lived here!! The pool has been shut down officially, by the city. No personal chairs are allowed outside. No use of the 3 outside hoses are allowed lest we run up their water bill. The outside lights do not work at night. The gates which should serve as security and protection are always broken and swing wide open. They allowed a tenant to move in with 2 huge pit bulls, one of which bit the other dog's ear off. And they only asked that tenant to vacate after a community petition was put together. The downstairs apartments toilets always flood, so much so that a tenants door was swollen with mold and sewage water, it had to replaced. No pets are allowed to accompany you pool side. The washers don't drain the water and the dryers leave your clothes damp. No landscaping whatsoever. Rats, literally, rats have chewed into apartments! "And pest control is the tenants responsibility." More rules are implemented everyday, but hypocritically, they don't handle the landlord responsibilities. They egregiously increase the rent and yet the prices are much lower on Zillow. They never do the inspections on the days they announce, so you take off work and no one shows up. These are all facts, no opinions have been stated. Run... Just run...

Not a great experience, they charged for items that I didn't do when I left and I submitted a move in condition email when I moved in. They do not take care of the properties, they don't own them in Fort Lauderdale. Maintenance personnel are only at the property MAYBE one time a week and their maintenance personnel's attitude is poor. I used to live at 715 NE 6th st in Fort lauderdale. I suggest finding somewhere else
