I went to buy a mattress last Saturday and spent a good deal of money on one to still not have it today. Very upset. Was sapposed to get my mattress on Thursday but got a call that they lost power so I would have to get it on Friday. Ok I was told it would be delivered between 9am and 4pm. Nothing. Waiting at my house all day. Then at about 5pm I call and the gentleman working said im not on the delivery order for the day. He said he would try to get me on Saturdays schedule. And that he would call me back. He did and said it will be delivered between 4 pm and 11 pm. Now I haven't had a bed for 2 nights now 3. And im paying for them to deliver this. So now I got to wait all day Saturday to see if the make it. I think I will call them and tell them just to keep it. $900 and this is the service I get? I will never buy a bed from them again.
