The units are beautiful and well built. Great onsite management and maintenance. Plus theres a fantastic 6,000sf gym right in the building.

I called to inquire about availability. The woman didnt answer my question. She responded that their apartments start at a certain amount. I ended the call. That was a very covert way of being discriminatory.

Do not live here.. I had near 4 dozen individuals attempt to break in or enter my property, including by likely drunken residents or at least persons with key fabs to enter building.. I had to set up security cameras to prove it, which I keep in case anyone desires evidence. Renters insurance can replace your 150k of property, but not your dog or loved ones. Ive had break-ins in Milwaukee. You dont ever get over them. I went to Sean many many time regarding security. I liked him very much. I picked up liter every day around the building, took great pride in it. Do NOT live here.. theres cheaper, theres safer. Your rental checks get made out to Florida Lofts llc. Think about that for a minute and then think about it again. Ive lived in over 41 residences. Dont do it, youve been warned.

One becomes skeptical when an apartment complex receives constant rave reviews. After living here at Brix, without a doubt, all the raves are warranted and then some! It took me over 6 months (not kidding) of looking for an apartment to find an apartment like I now have at Brix. I have seen everything out there and you will not find anything even close to what Brix has to offer.
This building was a candy factory back in the early 1900s and turned into lofts in 2015. The apartments are big and spacious with many different layouts. Great views everywhere and the building is very quiet. With an elevator at each end of the building, it takes no time to get to your car in the heated garage.
The amenities are endless! Superb party room with a pool table and a 75 TV! The party room opens to the huge outdoor patio area with several grills for summer cooking. Whoever designed this area really thought this through.
The workout room has plenty of treadmills, ellipticals and much more. The package room is in the garage, so you dont have to go far to get your packages. You have the option of a storage locker and they are HUGE! Every apartment has a high-end washer and dryer. No waiting for a washer and dryer to become available in the basement laundry room in this building!
The property management and maintenance staff see to it that every resident is well taken care of. Paperwork to rent the apartment was a breeze. The building is kept very clean and any maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The building is in the perfect location in Walkers Point. There is tons to do in this neighborhood and almost everything is within walking distance. There is even a bakery on the street corner of this building with access to it through our lobby.
I was born and raised in Milwaukee and left in 1974. Always wanting to move back to my hometown, 50 years later, I couldnt be happier and prouder that I am in my new home and part of the Brix family!

I cant recommend Brix enough. Sean is hands down the best property manager I have ever had. He genuinely cares about the apartments and the residents. He also makes living here a lot of fun. The apartments are very nice and the property is well maintained at all times. Joe is also really good at his job! I have only had one maintenance request within the 2 years Ive lived here and it was taken care of the same day I put in the request. Thank you both so much!
